We achieved 0.1 m3/h.m2 on the airtightness test at Bryn Afon. This is an impressive feat as the Passive House standard is 0.6 m3/h.m2 and Building Regulations is 5 m3/h.m2. This means our client will save even more on their energy bills!

Blaen Y Wern is nestled in a copse of trees and is home to a host of local species. We have a dedicated bat barn nearby the new house, to encourage this rare species of bat to grow in numbers.

Things move quickly at Bryn Afon. The cladding is mostly up, integrated photovoltaic panels are beginning to go on the roof and a beautiful oak truss has been installed in the vaulted ceiling in the kitchen.

We submitted a tender for social housing in Gwynedd for the site at Maes Llwyd. Our concept was to create a modular house that is pre-engineered to expanded from 2-4 bedrooms with minimum interventions.
