Tan Y Mynydd is a boutique manufacturing Factory near Conwy. We have retained the existing building and designed a timber and steel clad extension to the South of the site. We have played with the orientation of the timber cladding and used timber battens that create shadow relief to animate the facade. A balcony leads from the mezzanine floor and the roof over-sails to create a canopy, giving views over the surrounding wild meadows and towards the coast.
