This old farm house was in a poor state before our client got hold of it. They have been slowly renovating it themselves over the past few years, restoring the natural stone and improving the thermal performance using internal insulation to the walls and roof. They have demolished the shed on the side of the house and we have designed an extension that gives amazing views over the landscape. The extension adds a kitchen-diner to the original house and creates an annex. The stone walls will be built from stone excavated on site.
