Minffordd is our second new build house by Llanddona beach. This three bedroom house has stunning views over the bay. The design is a contemporary take on the local vernacular architecture, utilising the dormer roof, so that the house does not dominate the hilly landscape. Local materials such as Welsh stone and slate to compliment the other houses in the area. A glazed link splits the house down the middle and forms an open atrium. It was particularly exciting to get planning approval for this house, as it resides in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a previous design by another practice had failed to get approval.
