New Build House

Ynys Môn / Isle of Anglesey, 2025

The existing four bedroom house was in poor condition, so our client decided to demolish it and build a new house that better suits their way of life. The replacement dwelling carries over some of the original character of the house and other stone houses in the area, whilst improving the views of the stunning landscape with large glazed gables and a balcony. Inside the living-spaces are mostly open-plan, which is great for entertaining. The bedrooms have en-suites, which is perfect for the family as the kids grow up or for visiting guests. A large photovoltaic array and air source pump will power and heat this home, massively reducing their energy bills.
