This house has had a major face-lift, whilst maintaining the character of the original building. It incorporates new limestone ground floor walls and slate tiled first floor. A single storey extension wraps around two sides of the building, introducing a new dining room, second lounge and a level access bedroom with ensuite. Part of the extension has an intensive sedum grass flat roof. The first floor and roof have been completely replaced. The roof is contemporary looking black steel standing seem. The first floor has underfloor heating, maintained by an air-source heat pump. A cantilevered balcony leading out from the master bedroom, also serves as a canopy over the main entrance.
